Job Description Your playing field You workclosely with our Product Lead and other Product Managers to define,communicate and execute the product roadmap for regulatory compliancefocusing also on verification and responsible gaming features and/orchanges.

You draft the game plan and guide the development teams in anagile environment - defining the backlog, epics and user stories. Youalign with stakeholders and use data-driven analysis to ensurerequirements are captured efficiently and prioritized accordingly toensure fast and smooth delivery of products and features. You workalongside the Product Lead to conceive, document, and launch newfeatures and improvements that keep Tipico playing on thehighest-level.

You conduct market and competitive research, develop adeep understanding of our user's pain points and gain customerinsights utilizing data analysis. Qualifications Which skills shouldyou bring to the pitch Qualification. You have a university degree inComputer Science, Software Development, Business Administration or asimilar field.

Expertise. You bring hands-on experience in productmanagement, ideally working with customer accounts, registration,authentication or customer management systems. You have stronganalytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience across different industries is welcome.

Technical Skills.You have a strong technical understanding of software platforms,systems and development processes. You are comfortable working closelywith engineering teams, diving into technical details, analysingcomplex problems and using AI tools effectively in your daily work.Customer Focus. You have a strong customer-centric mindset, utilizingdata to gain insights and focus on our users motivations and desires.Communication.

You are a strong communicator in English, making iteasy for you to work with stakeholders, teammates and ourcross-functional tech teams. You earn extra points with us, if youalso have German language skills. Passion.
