As we continue to expand and optimize our existing Lufthansa Group Inflight Connectivity Portals, we are looking for a dedicated individual to shape and further develop the entire content management process.

Start: January 2027 - 6 months fixed-term

As we continue to expand and optimize our existing Lufthansa Group Inflight Connectivity Portals, we are looking for a dedicated individual to shape and further develop the entire content management process.

Start: January 2027 - 6 months fixed-term

Tasks

You coordinate the collection and handling of new content requirements from various stakeholders such as Group Airlines, Retail Media, Marketing etc

You prioritize content, plan implementation, and create tickets in our ticketing system

You are responsible for maintaining and editing content in the CMS, creating engaging copy, and handling smaller design tasks

You conduct internal reviews, functional tests, and user experience checks, ensuring content consistency across tenants

You analyze usage data, monitor performance, and derive targeted actions based on your findings

You will work closely with the team, continuously improve the user experience, effectiveness and support the scaling and centralization of content

Requirements

You are enrolled for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment must be enclosed with the application)

You have an excellent command of German and English; French or Italian is an asset

You think ahead, contribute your own ideas, and actively drive improvements

You demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a high level of motivation

You have strong organizational skills and a keen sense of priorities

You work in a structured and independent manner while maintaining a strong team spirit

You use the MS Office programs very well

You have experience in content management, which is considered a bonus

You possess strong analytical skills, and experience with content performance tools is a plus

You have an unrestricted work permit for Austria/the European Union
