Your mission Your Key Responsibilities• Process customer orders and coordinate their execution with our manufacturing sites.• Manage delivery schedules, forecasts, and inventory to help ensure that products are available and delivered on time.• Act as a central interface between customers, Sales, Accounting, and our headquarters in Japan, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across stakeholders.• Maintain accurate operational data, documentation, and reporting to support reliable day-to-day operations.• Contribute ideas and practical solutions to continuously improve operational processes andYour profile Your Profile• You are organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and stay reliable in a dynamic day-to-day business.• You communicate clearly and confidently and enjoy working with customers and colleagues across different teams and cultures.• You take ownership, adapt quickly, and look for practical ways to improve how things are done.• You are confident working with numbers and data and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.• You have a university degree or comparable higher education in business, technical, cultural, or a related field.
