Yourtasks Act as a trusted sparring partner to Operations leadership,supporting strategic and operational decision-making across inventorymanagement, logistics and end-to-end supply chain processes Drive thefinancial steering of inventory, write-offs, disposals, logisticscosts and working capital by identifying risks, opportunities and keyvalue drivers and deriving clear recommendations for action Challengeoperational assumptions and business plans through financial insights,scenario analyses and robust business cases Lead budgeting,forecasting, business reviews and performance management processesTranslate complex operational and financial developments into clearinsights and recommendations for management Lead cross-functionalinitiatives and projects in close collaboration with FinanceCapability Centers and business stakeholders to improve efficiency,resilience and value creation across Operations and Supply Chain Yourprofile University degree in Business Administration, Finance,Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field Several years ofrelevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, Controlling, FP&Aor a comparable role Strong understanding of Supply Chain andOperations, including inventory management, logistics, working capitaland key operational performance drivers Proven experience inbudgeting, forecasting, business planning and performance managementStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, combined with theability to turn complex business challenges into clear recommendationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with theability to challenge, influence and build trusted relationships acrossdifferent organizational levels Strategic mindset, high degree ofownership and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach Fluency inGerman and English Our offer Our employees are our greatest asset.
