Ihre Aufgaben You take on a hands-on seniorleadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager, and leadthe global engineering organization across four international sitesYou raise the pace and quality of innovation and significantly shortenthe time from concept to launch You generate and champion new productconcepts that open adjacent markets, bringing fresh thinking beyondincremental improvements You drive applied research and platformdevelopment in NDIR CO2, H2 detection and capacitive humidity sensing,including the associated electronics and firmware You own thetechnology roadmap and co-own the product roadmap You deliver NPI onschedule, on cost and to specification, with design-to-cost from theconcept stage You build a strong engineering bench and develop futureleaders Anforderungen You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering ora related technical field; an advanced degree is a plus You bring 10+years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading multi-siteteams You have a proven track record of launching new products, withstructured NPI/stage-gate experience You have a deep technicalbackground in sensor or transducer development; issued patents are aplus You have experience in design-to-cost and cost reduction Youbring automotive OEM/Tier 1 experience; ASPICE knowledge andexperience in HVAC/building controls or battery energy storage are aplus You are an innovative, decisive and technically credible leaderwith a commercial mindset You are fluent in English and willing totravel internationally (up to 40%) Ihre Benefits We offer you theopportunity to get started directly in a varied and exciting role,working with interesting and impressive clients.
