As a Workflow Specialist, you’ll play a key role in our operations from day one. You will act as the system expert in the control center, ensuring a stable, transparent and high-performing flow of goods by monitoring operations, controlling relevant KPIs and intervening swiftly and systematically when deviations occur.Deine Aufgaben- Monitor daily warehouse and control center operations to ensure efficient goods flow, system performance and process execution- Analyze alerts, disruptions and inventory variances, coordinating timely resolution with Inbound, Outbound, Maintenance and IT teams- Monitor and adjust key system parameters in line with operational priorities and business needs- Document deviations, root causes, parameter changes and corrective actions in a clear and structured manner- Manage volume flows, priorities and area assignments based on capacity, system status and backlog development- Identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities to support the continuous optimization of warehouse operationsDeine Fähigkeiten- Degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field, or completed vocational training, with relevant further qualifications- Experience in warehouse control, monitoring, process coordination or a comparable operational role- Able to quickly identify bottlenecks, process deviations, system errors and recurring issue patterns- Very good communication skills in German- Good communication skills in English (Level B2).
