You will be part of the Account Management & Customer Support Team , where we work closely with international customers and global teams to ensure seamless coordination, efficient processes, and a high level of customer satisfaction- Support (Key) Account Managers in managing international customer accounts- Prepare and follow up on status reports and customer inquiries- Prepare and participate in customer meetings- Assist in the coordination and evaluation of repair orders- Contribute to the preparation of analyses, presentations, and customer-related documentation- Maintain and analyze data across various internal systems- Track open topics and support cross-functional communication with Customer Service, Engineering, and Operations- Assist with market and competitor analyses as well as sales-related activitiesIhr Profil:Are you a solution-oriented, highly motivated student who is eager to make a real impact?
