#WeAreIn for jobs that impact everyone'slife.Do you want to be the driving spirit behindeverything we do?As a Team Assistant on our Corporate Functions team become the heart of our organization by developing strategies, refining processes, and implementing initiatives that empower our business to thrive.Are you in?Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role- Provide comprehensive administrative and team support for multiple teams within the ATVSPD TP organization, supporting approximately 71 team members- Coordinate all business travel activities, including travel planning, booking, and expensereimbursement- Manage andmaintain calendars for senior leaders (GG16 and GG15 level managers), ensuring effective scheduling and meeting coordination- Organize and coordinate internal events and meetings, including room reservations,catering arrangements, and cost management/reconciliation- Support day-to-day team operations and administrative activities to ensure smooth business execution- Manage procurement and office administration tasks, including ordering office supplies and selected laboratory materials- Coordinate logistics and shipping activities through NOSTAS, including the shipment of wafers and wafer containers- Build and maintain strong collaboration with other administrative professionals and assistants across the ATVorganization to ensure effective communication and best-practice sharingYour profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed- Completed a 3-yearvocational training/apprenticeship, such as Industrial Clerk(Industriekaufmann/-frau) or a comparable commercial qualification- Experience working with procurement and ordering systems, preferably SAP- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice, particularly Outlook (e.g., mailbox organization, filtering, scheduling, and list management)- Strongadministrative and organizational skills with a structured and detail-orientedapproach to workFluent inGerman language and good communication skills in English,both written and spoken, to effectively support an international team where notall team members speak German- Abilityto collaborate with diverse stakeholders and provide professional support in amulticultural environment.#WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
