Yourresponsibilities Coordinate LDC AI demand intake, roadmap planning,portfolio transparency, and operational reporting for the LDC Data &AI portfolio Manage selected AI initiatives and cross-functionalprojects Drive the LDC contribution to AI initiatives across theLiebherr Group, including AI capability development, technologyevaluation, technical consulting, and the delivery of AI solutionsAlign and resolve dependencies across projects, roadmaps, andstakeholders to enable efficient and scalable delivery & understandbusiness needs, technical requirements, and cross-divisional synergiesto support the identification and shaping of future AI developmentsDrive transparency regarding ongoing initiatives, capabilities, andlessons learned across the Data & AI organization Translate businessand technical requirements into actionable delivery together with AITech Consultants, engineering, business stakeholders, and Corporate ITCoordinate fragmented AI demands and ensure effective allocation ofLDC capabilities across initiatives & support the preparation andcoordination of strategic topics such as AI governance, referencearchitectures, and group-wide AI foundations Continuously improve AIdelivery processes, portfolio governance, and the LDC Data & AIoperating model Your qualifications Degree in Computer Science,Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable field 5+years of professional experience in AI, digital transformation,software engineering, or technical project and program managementSolid understanding of AI technologies, software engineering, anddigital products Experience coordinating cross-functional initiativesinvolving business and technical stakeholders in interdisciplinaryenvironments Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills & strategic mindset with the ability to drive AIopportunities and cross-functional synergies Structured, proactive,and solution-oriented working style Experience in project or programmanagement is considered a plus Fluent in English and German Our offerA challenging and interesting range of activities awaits you atLiebherr in an internationally successful Group.
