A Snapshot of Your Day As a Sales Intelligence & AI Pricing Specialist (f/m/d) within Global Pricing Strategy, you will drive data-driven pricing decisions for Siemens Energy Gas Services by developing predictive models, analyzing market and sales data, and implementing AI-powered tools. You will work closely with global sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify pricing opportunities, improve margins, and translate complex data into actionable business insights.How You’ll Make an Impact * Develop and maintain AI/ML models to optimize pricing strategies, forecast sales trends, and identify business opportunities* Integrate CRM, market intelligence, and transaction data into reliable analytics pipelines to enable data-driven decision-making* Analyze global pricing structures, sales performance, and competitor data to identify margin improvement and pricing optimization opportunities* Create and maintain dynamic pricing dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for senior stakeholders and global sales teams* Lead and coordinate strategic, executive-level initiatives within the Orion project, managing the transition of externally developed solutions to Siemens Energy and ensuring successful handover, implementation, and long-term ownership* Collaborate with Global Sales Operations, IT, external partners, and regional sales teams to drive project delivery, scale AI-driven sales intelligence solutions, and ensure data quality, governance, and continuous process improvementWhat You Bring* A degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field* Longstanding experience in data science, machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis* Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and data warehousing, with experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau* Experience with AI-powered analytics solutions and tools such as Snowflake Cortex AI or UiPath, combined with an understanding of sales operations and agile project management* Knowledge of pricing analytics, pricing optimization, market intelligence, and commercial strategy, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment – advantage, nice to have * Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with excellent communication skills and fluent EnglishAbout the TeamOur Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization.
