You will apply your technical expertise to explore new approaches together with your colleagues, solve complex challenges, and take our technology performance to the next level.As part of the Corporate Functions team, you will develop strategies, refine processes, and implement initiatives that sustainably contribute to our company's success.Your roleKey responsibilities in your new role- Develop and optimize complex integration concepts and process modules for Power MOSFET technologies, from initial ideas and simulation through to process qualification- Plan, conduct, and evaluate experiments to ensure targeted technology performance- Drive process development from initial concept through to final qualification- Continuously improve technologies to enhance process stability and increase yield- Ensure appropriate risk management for process changes while maintaining our high quality standards- Actively share knowledge across locations and international teams, including facilitating technical discussionsYour profileWith your strong analytical skills, you quickly identify the root causes of complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions. You combine in-depth technical expertise with curiosity, an innovative mindset, and the ability to share your knowledge with others.
