Your role

Help bring next-generation formulation materials to scale by building quality and reliability into products and processes from development through high-volume manufacturing. You’ll work hands-on with R&D, process scale-up, QC, supply chain, facilities, and manufacturing teams to identify customer and process risks early in new product introduction. You’ll guide risk mitigation, change control, and continuous improvement so products and processes are ready for reliable commercialization and sustained performance. You’ll ensure disciplined analytics and effective process controls are in place to monitor product and process health. As a voice of the customer, you’ll help cross-functional teams resolve issues quickly, assess deviations rigorously, and minimize customer impact. You’ll lead structured problem solving and effective corrective and preventive actions, while helping teams identify abnormal events and sources of variation. You’ll strengthen a proactive quality culture, contribute to site audits, and champion improvements that keep pace with semiconductor customers’ needs. You’ll collaborate across sites and time zones, with travel to global manufacturing locations and, when needed, customer sites.
