About us Are you an experienced SAP professional looking to play a key

role in a major international transformation? Join a growing in-house

SAP team and help shape the future of manufacturing and supply chain

processes across a global business. The company is preparing for what

is expected to be its largest SAP S/4HANA transformation worldwide,

transitioning from its existing SAP ECC landscape to S/4HANA. In

parallel, several international initiatives are underway, including

the migration of operations in America from a non-SAP system to SAP

and an SAP rollout in Poland. This is an opportunity to take ownership

of business-critical processes, work closely with international

stakeholders and contribute to large-scale transformation projects

with a tangible impact on global operations. Tasks Drive the

continuous improvement and further development of SAP-supported

manufacturing, production planning and supply chain processes.

Translate business requirements into practical, scalable SAP solutions

in collaboration with business departments and IT teams. Contribute to

the global SAP S/4HANA transformation, including process

harmonisation, template development and international rollouts.

Analyse existing system landscapes and business processes, identify

optimisation opportunities and develop future-state concepts.

Configure and enhance SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP PP, including

the relevant customising activities in SAP ECC and S/4HANA. Support

the integration of manufacturing processes with related SAP modules

such as SD, MM and QM, as well as external applications including MES

and shopfloor systems. Facilitate workshops with key users and

stakeholders to clarify requirements, evaluate solution options and

align on implementation approaches. Coordinate testing, user training,

documentation and the introduction of new or enhanced functionalities.

Troubleshoot application issues, manage changes and ensure the

stability and continuous improvement of existing solutions. Work with

internal teams and external implementation partners to deliver

projects successfully. Profile Several years of experience working

with SAP in manufacturing, production planning, logistics or supply

chain environments. Strong functional knowledge of SAP PP, ideally

combined with hands-on customising experience. Good understanding of

SAP ECC and exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

Experience in process analysis, requirements gathering and translating

business needs into technical or functional solutions. Familiarity

with integration between SAP modules and manufacturing-related

applications such as MES is an advantage. Experience with SAP

rollouts, template approaches or international implementation projects

is highly desirable. Additional knowledge of SAP MM, QM, WM/EWM or

variant configuration (LO-VC/AVC) would be beneficial. Strong

communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with

business stakeholders, IT colleagues and external partners. A

structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style, combined

with the initiative to drive improvements independently. A degree in

Business Informatics, IT, Engineering, Business Administration or a

comparable qualification gained through education or professional

experience. Good written and spoken German and English skills. We
