You independently manage the daily accounting for ourHamburg office, processing and verifying all incoming documents usingour accounting software. You prepare payment runs, handle bankingtransactions, and are responsible for account reconciliation,proactively clarifying any discrepancies. In close cooperation withour Headquarters, you actively support the preparation of monthly,quarterly, and annual financial statements.

You create financialreports, budgets, and business analyses using MS Excel to provide asolid basis for management decisions. You serve as the key contact forour Headquarters, communicating confidently in Korean and English onall financial and administrative topics. You ensure the smooth runningof our office by managing general administrative tasks, fromprocurement to facility management.

What should you bring along? Youhave a Bachelor's degree or a vocational qualification in Accounting,Finance, Business Administration, or a related field You possessrelevant professional experience in accounting, finance, generalaffairs, or office administration You are fluent in Korean andEnglish, both written and spoken, and have a good command of German,sufficient for day-to-day business communication You are proficient inMicrosoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience withERP or accounting software is an advantage You have strongorganizational skills with a structured, accurate, and reliableapproach to work You demonstrate a high level of integrity,discretion, and professionalism, and can work independently whilecollaborating effectively in an international working environment Whatdo we offer?
