YOUR TASKS - Identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and operational performance.- Define, maintain, and harmonize global warehousing standards, policies, operating procedures, and best practices across all locations.- Establish and manage KPI frameworks to monitor operational performance, process compliance, and continuous improvement activities.- Analyze warehousing performance, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process and efficiencies and effectiveness through the implementation of lean projects- Support logistics transformation and digitalization initiatives, including the optimization of operational systems such as WMS & ERP.YOUR PROFILE - Bachelor in Economics and/or Logistics or equivalent experience- Several years of experience in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, or Continuous Improvement.- Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics operations, performance management, and process standardization.- Experience developing and implementing KPI frameworks, performance reporting, and improvement initiatives.- Familiarity with warehouse and logistics systems such as SAP, WMS, Power BI, or similar solutions.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills, with experience working in international and cross-functional environments.- Willingness to travel- Fluent in English & German, further language skills advantageousWHY BERNER? - Job bike leasing (JobRad) - Commuting allowance - Wellpass membership & corporate benefits - Company pension scheme - Opportunities for further training - Technically modern equipped workplace - Company restaurant in Künzelsau or meal vouchers in Cologne - Attractive conditions for our products in the BERNER online shop Apply Now – We’re Excited to Meet You!
