As a (Junior)Accounts Payable Specialist, you will support our daily accounting operations,gain hands-on experience in accounts payable and contribute to developingefficient financial processes in a dynamic, international environment.Job Responsibilities• Support dailyAccounts Payable activities, including invoice processing, payment preparationand vendor master data maintenance.• Review andpost incoming invoices, ensuring accurate account assignments, cost centerallocations and tax information.• Assist withfixed asset accounting activities and related documentation.• Support thepreparation of month-end closing activities and ensure timely processing ofaccounting tasks.• Collaboratewith internal departments to clarify invoice discrepancies and resolveaccounting-related questions.• Followinternal accounting guidelines, financial procedures and relevant deadlines.• Contribute tothe continuous improvement of accounting processes as our organization grows.Your profile• Completedcommercial vocational training (e.g.
