Business Development Manager - Aviation (m/f/d)

As a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for our software solutions, you will play a key role in expanding EPG’s Aviation Execution Suite (AES). You will drive the development of new business opportunities and take ownership of building and growing our presence in the aviation sector, with a particular focus on the U.S. market.

Acting as the link between EPG and our customers, you will understand the challenges of flight operations and know how to position innovative software solutions. With persistence, strong market knowledge and a clear sales focus, you will win new customers and help shape the future of digital aviation and ground-handling operations.

In detail, your responsibilities are as follows:

• You identify and develop go-to-market and growth strategies for our Aviation Execution Suite (AES) across Europe and the Americas.
• You identify, engage and win new customers in the aviation industry, with a particular focus on airports, ground-handling service providers and other aviation stakeholders.
• You plan and lead customer meetings, product presentations and workshops, with a strong focus on aviation operations and the value our AES solutions deliver.
• You analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activity across the aviation and airport operations sectors.
• You build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, partners and key accounts through ongoing engagement and strategic business development.
• You support our marketing initiatives and represent the company at international industry conferences, trade fairs and other events.

Requirements:

• You have a university degree in business administration and/or aviation management, or an equivalent qualification.
• You have experience in business development or sales and have ideally demonstrated strong cross-cultural skills in this area.
• Experience in the aviation industry is an advantage, but not essential.
• You enjoy learning about and understanding complex software solutions.
• You are willing to travel internationally, including America.
• You are fluent in both German and English.
