Small Plant Manager / Production Manager (m/f/d)

About us Masi GmbH is a premium German supplement company based in

Konstanz. We develop and produce consumer health and supplement

products, and we are building up our own small factory on site at

Robert-Gerwig-Strasse 2, 78467 Konstanz. There is a possibility to be

employed at Masi AG, Switzerland, the corporate centre of the Masi

Group. Tasks Run day-to-day operations of our small supplement plant

in Konstanz Oversee the production floor: check that work runs

smoothly, that staff are present and working, and that machines are

running properly Operate and serve production machines yourself when

needed, including capsule filling, packing and labelling Organise

basic machine care, cleaning and maintenance, and coordinate external

technicians, electricians, cleaning and other contractors Plan

production and keep stock of raw materials, bottles and packaging

under control; place orders with suppliers Make sure hygiene, quality

and documentation standards are followed Act as office administrator

for the site: correspondence, filing, deliveries, invoices and

day-to-day admin Be the face of Masi on site: meet suppliers, service

providers, authorities and visitors Profile Experience in production,

manufacturing, warehouse or plant operations; food, supplement, pharma

or cosmetics is a plus Hands-on and practical: comfortable working on

the shop floor and with machines Organised, with solid office

administration skills Reliable, honest and able to lead and check on a

small team Fluent German; good English is an advantage Living in or

ready to move to the Konstanz area; strictly on-site, full-time We

offer Full-time position as Small Plant Manager / Production Manager

On-site role in Konstanz (Robert-Gerwig-Strasse 2, 78467) Gross annual

salary in the range of EUR 36,000 – 46,000 An excellent opportunity

to grow in responsibilities and salary level as the factory grows
