Your Responsibilities

- Act as a key interface to BPO partners and support daily operational communication
- Support business volume forecasting and assist in operational planning
- Monitor service quality through call and chat audits (e.g. communication style, issue handling, documentation)
- Identify improvement areas based on data and operational insights
- Support the development and delivery of trainings for operational teams
- Create and maintain training materials, guidelines, and assessments
- Train stakeholders on internal systems and processes

Your Profile

- First experience in operations, customer service, BPO environments, or similar fields
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence in working with data
- Good understanding of operational processes and service quality management
- Experience in training, coaching, or creating training materials is a plus
- Comfortable working with common office tools and data analysis tools
- Strong communication skills and structured way of working
- Fluent in Mandarin & English, German is a plus
