DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is looking, at Frankfurt am Main, for a committed
Accounting Assistant (m/f/d) to strengthen our team for our client in
the financial administration sector. In this position, you will be
responsible for the technical supervision and maintenance of the

Key Responsibilities

- Provide operational support in accounting and financial
administration processes.
- Handle VAT recovery procedures with the German tax authorities.
- Coordinate activities related to the annual external audit and
prepare supporting documentation.
- Draft, format, and maintain financial documents and reports.
- Perform administrative tasks, including document management and
archiving.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners as required.

Requirements

- Post-secondary education attested by a diploma, or secondary
education giving access to post-secondary studies, preferably in
Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience in a similar
role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly
Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Native-level German (C2) preferred.
- Excellent command of English (minimum C1 level).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to
work independently
