You will be part of the Engine Services Sales Strategy Team where we work with our worldwide sales teams to serve our international customers.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product owners, and marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer engagement- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales strategy success and make data-driven decisions to improve performance- Find improvement opportunities in sales processes, design potential solutions, and implement required changes- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve the sales strategy- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives- Conduct market research and analysis to understand the target market and competitors- Identify new business opportunities and determine the best approach to acquiring new customersIhr Profil:Fascination and enthusiasm surrounding the topics of aviation, engines, and sustainability are the key to unlocking the door to our international and dynamic team.- Studies in economics, industrial engineering, computer science, engineering, or comparable fields desirable- Practical experience before or during studies desirable- Very good computer skills (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)- Experience designing presentations, especially in marketing or sales environments, desirable- Experience with PowerBI or similar business analytics platform desirable- Very good English language skills in both spoken and written form- Strong analytical skills and a high level of initiative
