IT Manager – Focus on Payment Cards (m/f/diverse) (IT-Manager/in)

Together with your colleagues on the product team, you as a Tech Lead will be responsible for the deployment and ongoing development of our payment card system infrastructure.

The position involves:

- Cross-functional collaboration within the IT team and with domain-specific product owners to ensure stable operations and the continuous development of our payment cards based on our loyalty systems and partner banks
- Responsibility for technical design and architectural decisions, as well as managing implementation with internal teams and external partners
- Resolving technical and business issues within the team and with banking partners and providers
- Continuous development of the system architecture and technical processes
- Co-product ownership and (partial) project responsibility as needed
- Ensuring information security, supporting audits, and resolution of findings

Ihr Profil:

- A college or university degree, preferably in computer science, business, natural sciences, or engineering
- Alternatively, a completed vocational training program in these fields combined with many years of relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in the IT field, particularly in the design, architecture, further development, quality assurance, and operation of payment cards
- Experience with agile methods and principles
- Programming skills in an object-oriented programming language (ideally Java)
- Experience in operating integration technologies, managing IT service providers, and in the area of customer loyalty is a plus
- Teamwork and communication skills in the solution-oriented handling of tasks
- Very good written and spoken German and English
