Functieomschrijving

You will develop and oversee modern test automation solutions for front-end applications and back-end APIs, and support the entire software delivery lifecycle from a quality assurance perspective.

In doing so, you will design, implement, and optimize automated tests and test frameworks, and ensure a sustainable increase in test coverage and software quality.

You will integrate test automation into existing CI/CD pipelines, analyze test results, and identify opportunities for optimization in development and testing processes.

Together with developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders, you’ll work on refining test strategies, quality standards, and best practices.

In addition, you’ll actively contribute your experience to technical discussions and support the continuous improvement of the testing and automation landscape.
Functie-eisen

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, a technical or natural science field, or a comparable qualification.

Several years of professional experience in test automation for complex software applications, preferably in the financial or banking sector.

Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Karate, Cypress, or Postman.

Strong knowledge of Java as well as JavaScript and Node.js.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps environments, such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins.

Experience in the development and refinement of test frameworks, as well as the definition and implementation of test strategies.

Very good English skills (C1 level); knowledge of German is a plus.

A structured, independent, and quality-oriented approach to work.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and subject-matter stakeholders.
