About usJoin our TechOps Finance team and provide the transparent, data-driven insights needed to support sound decision-making across the global supply chain. In this high-impact role as Supply Chain Analyst (m/f/d), you will work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Planning, helping to systematically strengthen supply chain performance and management.Your responsibilities- Analyze the financial performance of the supply chain, with a particular focus on inventory, service levels, and forecast accuracy.- Develop and implement relevant supply chain KPIs and meaningful dashboards.- Evaluate scenario plans and capacity analyses in collaboration with the Demand and Supply Planning teams.- Translate your analyses into actionable recommendations for business decisions and performance improvements.- Collaborate closely with international teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Planning.Your profile- A bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.- At least five years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Controlling, ideally within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.- Strong experience in data analysis and reporting, combined with advanced Excel skills.- Ideally, experience with planning systems such as SAP IBP or SAP APO, ERP systems, and Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.- The confidence to constructively challenge stakeholders while building productive working relationships.- Excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to operate confidently in a multinational matrix environment.- Fluency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
