Treasury Back Office Specialist (m/f/d) (Treasury-Manager/in)

Our European Headquarter in Gersthofen is looking for a Treasury Back Office Specialist (m/f/d).

What your job includes

- Process and validate domestic and international payments multiple entities in multiple currencies cross boarder incl. issue resolution
- Participate in automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance straight-through processing (STP)
- Coordinate with IT / banks / Treasury front office to resolve rejected, returned, or blocked payments.
- Support daily cash positioning for multiple OSI entities
- Process and confirm daily treasury transactions including FX, MM, derivatives and cash movements and execute end-to-end settlement activities thereof
- Manage payment systems incl. ERP platforms (e.g., SAP), payment terminals (e.g. Sumup), treasury management systems (e.g. Coupa) and credit cards to process transactions and maintain data integrity
- Maintain relevant data records, e.g. authorized signatory records, payment templates etc.

What we expect from you

- Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar education background
- Work experience in a similar position
- Understanding of treasury transactions and cash management principles
- Familiarity with global payment methods and formats
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong experience with SAP and treasury management systems is a must
- Attention to detail and accuracy in a high-volume environment
- Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Fluency in written and spoken English
