Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

- Leading the development of embedded memory compilers- Interacting with concept engineers and internal customers on the definition of the compilers- Collaborating with project managers on project setup and tracking- Hands-on work and support on memory design, characterization and verification- Leading an expert team executing the design, characterization and verification of the memories- Collaborating with view generation and automation teams- Contribute to improvement of development processes and tool flow

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- A degree in electrical engineering or computer science- At least 5 years of professional experience in transistor level circuit design and spice level simulation- Strong technical background in design, simulation and verification of semiconductor electronic circuits
- Preferably full custom digital or memory design experience in technically leading a project team- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team setting- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
