At AIXTRON, youcan look forward to exciting projects, interdisciplinary teams, andthe opportunity to be at the forefront of technological advancement.Your challenge Driving and coordinating mission-critical enterprise ITtransformation programs, particularly SAP S/4HANA and PLMtransformations, with responsibility for program governance, executivereporting, milestone tracking, and cross-functional steeringSupporting enterprise-wide business and IT transformation programs,particularly SAP S/4HANA transformations involving processstandardization, governance redesign, and organizational change in theareas of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) transformation includingprocess harmonization, governance setup, and implementation ofenterprise PLM platforms, cloud, data, or the digital workplaceEstablishing effective program and portfolio management for strategicIT initiatives.

Driving program management and PMO activities forcomplex enterprise-wide IT transformation initiatives, includingexecutive reporting, milestone tracking, risk management, dependencymanagement, and steering committee preparation Consulting on afuture-proof IT operating model, including organization, roles,responsibilities, decision-making processes, and governance bodiesEnsuring alignment between business strategy, IT strategy, enterprisearchitecture, and the transformation portfolio Collaborating withglobal business and IT stakeholders across functions, regions, andexternal implementation partners Supporting business andorganizational transformation through structured stakeholderengagement, communication, and change management activities The skillsneeded A successfully completed master’s degree in BusinessInformatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or acomparable qualification 4+ years of professional experience in intop-tier management consulting, IT strategy consulting, enterprisetransformation, or internal consulting functions of largeinternational organizations Demonstrable experience in large-scaletransformation programs, ideally in the context of SAP S/4HANA, PLM,or the modernization of mission-critical platforms Solid understandingof enterprise architecture principles and their role in large-scaletransformation programs (certifications such as TOGAF or ArchiMate area plus) Very good understanding of modern IT operating models,governance structures, and IT service management processes(certifications such as IT4IT, ITIL or COBIT are a plus Ability topresent complex technical and organizational issues in a structuredmanner and communicate them effectively to the appropriate audiencePlus: Knowledge of the M&A environment, particularly in IT duediligence, post-merger integration, carve-outs, or IT separation Whatyou can expect from us Flexible working hours: At AIXTRON, you cantake a flexible approach to organizing your working day (without fixedcore hours), work on the move, and switch between company office andmobile office.
