Digital Project Manager (f/m/d) – Procurement & Logistics - Siemens Energy

For our well-known customer Siemens Energy we are looking for a new team member!

Your Tasts

• Lead digital transformation projects within Procurement, Logistics, and Digital Operations from initiation through implementation and value realization.
• Support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Digital Operations Operating Model, including governance, demand management, and value tracking.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, Digital Operations, IT teams, and external implementation partners.
• Translate business requirements into structured project plans, prioritized use cases, and actionable implementation roadmaps.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive demand intake, business case development, and prioritization of digital initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and facilitate collaboration across Procurement, Logistics, and Digital Operations.
• Establish project governance structures and provide transparent reporting to management and key stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of local digital initiatives with global standards, digital products, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Drive adoption of digital solutions through structured change management and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure project success, adoption, and business value realization.
• Contribute to the harmonization of processes, tools, and data models across EPC functions.

Your Profile

• University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of experience in digital project management, business transformation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Experience in Procurement, Project Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or EPC project execution environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scope, schedule, risk, stakeholder, and change management.
• Experience managing digital initiatives involving SAP, data analytics, workflow automation, or enterprise digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate operational business requirements into structured digital projects and scalable solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international and cross-functional environments.
• Experience working within digital operating models, product-oriented organizations, or digital transformation programs is highly desirable.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar) are considered an advantage.
• Business-fluent English; German is a plus.
