**Job Description**

We are on the lookout for a Global Director of B2B Marketing to join us on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Join the team driving brand growth and customer engagement across our markets. As part of our Marketing Team, you'll help shape strategies that build customer loyalty and optimize the effectiveness of our marketing investments. With each campaign and initiative, you'll play a key role in creating connections with millions of customers, positioning Delivery Hero as a leader in the market.

In this role you would elevate our retail media network into a globally recognized advertising brand. In this executive marketing role, you will build and execute the overarching B2B brand, demand generation, product marketing, and trade narrative across all regions. You will position Delivery Hero Retail Media as an essential platform for CPG brands, media agencies, and local merchants, translating complex first-party data capabilities into compelling commercial narratives that drive enterprise ad revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Global B2B Strategy & Positioning: Define and own the global brand identity, narrative, and go-to-market positioning for Delivery Hero's advertising business across our multi-brand portfolio (Glovo, Talabat, foodpanda, PedidosYa).

- Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth: Design integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, account-based marketing, email, content) to generate qualified leads and drive inbound ad spend from enterprise CPGs and agency trading desks.

- Trade Marketing & Event Strategy: Architect our presence at flagship global industry events (e.g., Cannes Lions, DMEXCO, Shoptalk) and run high-touch executive roundtables and agency roadshows in key media hubs like London.

- Sales Enablement & Collateral: Partner with global and regional ad sales teams to create best-in-class commercial collateral, pitch decks, case studies, trade PR, and research whitepapers showcasing closed-loop ROI and retail attribution.

- Product Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with Product Marketing team to form a cohesive marketing strategy.

- Team Leadership & Matrix Alignment: Lead a centralized B2B marketing team while providing strategic direction and marketing toolkits to regional ad teams in MENA, APAC, LATAM, and Europe.

**Qualifications**

- Experience: 10+ years of B2B marketing leadership in AdTech, digital media, e-commerce, or retail media networks.

- Track Record: Proven success scaling an ad network or B2B brand globally, creating demand generation funnels, and managing significant event and campaign budgets.

- Storytelling & PR: Exceptional talent for converting complex AdTech concepts and first-party consumer data into memorable, high-impact commercial narratives and trade PR campaigns.

- Strategic Leadership: Deep experience managing cross-functional teams in a global, multi-brand matrix organization.

- Communication: Masterful executive presentation and written communication skills in English.
