You will translate business strategy into plans and establish measurable targets, evaluate the financial implications of various strategic decisions, identify risks and recommend actions.Your responsibilities:Overseeing the business planning and forecasting processEnsuring compliance with internal guidelines/procedures and external regulatory requirementsPerforming financial analysis, reporting to business managers and making suggestions to improve performanceEstablishing and overseeing processes and tools to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business informationEnsuring timely and efficient communication with relevant Controllers, Shared Service Center and others to identify and discuss issues, and suggest improvement​Your background:At least 5 years of experience in a controlling role in multinational companiesA collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and verbal communication skillsAvailability to business travel (5 %)Fluency in German and EnglishProactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation will complete your profilePlease submit your application in English
