** Your tasks: **

- Technical and managerial leadership of a team in the field of electronic engineering
- Coordinating electronics projects with management and customers
- Implementing customer specifications as a team
- Leading team meetings
- Capacity planning and schedule tracking for new developments
- Selecting purchased parts and working closely with the purchasing department
- Supporting service and sales
- Working closely with the mechanical design and software development departments
- Maintaining the competency matrix and initiating necessary training measures

**Your profile: **

- Successfully completed vocational training as a technician or master technician (m/f/d) or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
- Knowledge of modern automation technology, particularly in working with fieldbus systems and applicable standards
- Proficiency in EPLAN P8
- Solid knowledge of SAP
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external contacts
- Willingness to travel for work, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working
- Experience in technical and/or disciplinary personnel management
- High level of initiative and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
