Job DescriptionThe Customer Training and Service Representative will join a team responsible for helping our B2B customers and potential customers learn about and use our software. This position will work with the rest of the team to answer user questions, write product documentation and release notes, perform trainings, test features, aid with the data import process, and other related tasks.This position is a full-time, hybrid position (office in Dresden, Germany), with salary based on experience.
