Your mission

• You lead and motivate a dedicated team and conduct regular feedback and development discussions to support the growth of your team members.

• You are responsible for capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure a consistently high level of service quality.

• You identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate appropriate measures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• You ensure that your team adheres to established standards, processes, and company policies.

• You help communicate company goals and strategies to your team and support their successful implementation.

• You promote the continuous development of your team, particularly regarding new products, services, and technologies.

• You ensure the smooth execution of the entire order management process, from quotation to invoicing, across multiple countries and regions.

• You coordinate and manage both domestic and international shipping activities.

• You oversee daily Customer Service operations and contribute to achieving the company's operational and strategic objectives.

• You report directly to the Customer Service Manager and work closely with a fellow Team Leader.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial/business-related qualification and bring 4-5 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a comparable role.

• You already have leadership experience and hold an AEVO certification (Trainer Aptitude Certificate).

• Additional business administration qualifications or international experience are considered an advantage.

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications and confident working with the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, ideally also Navision. In addition, you have solid knowledge of export and customs regulations and are comfortable operating in an international order management environment.

• You enjoy working as part of a team, are well organized, self-reliant, and able to maintain a clear focus under pressure. You also bring a strong hands-on mentality and are willing to actively support day-to-day operations whenever needed.

• You have strong leadership skills and can motivate your team while supporting the professional development of its members.

• You are skilled in conflict resolution and capable of fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.

• You take a proactive approach and continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and structures.

• You communicate confidently in both German and English within an international business environment; additional language skills are a plus.
