As a Field Architect (m/f/d), you are responsible for planning and handling architecture-specific project tasks within larger construction projects. You ensure deadlines and budgets in your area of responsibility and guarantee effective project execution on-site at the construction site.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

* Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality goals during the planning and execution phases up to final approval in the areas of architecture, structural engineering, and infrastructure for high-tech facilities

* Coordinating and collaborating on the planning and implementation of all project phases together with external partners and service providers

* Monitoring, identifying, and handling complex interfaces between architecture and other trade disciplines during construction

* Onsite presence: Making sure to be regularly on site to ensure effective project management and communication

Show your expertise

* Completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification

* Several years of professional experience with projects of high technical complexity in the construction or infrastructure sector in German-speaking countries

* Experience in all project phases with a focus on execution planning, tendering, and site supervision

* Strong understanding of architecture, construction quality, and design requirements while being confident in handling standards, regulations, and codes

* Fluent German and English skills

* High communication and negotiation skills when dealing with design offices, clients, authorities, and inspection bodies
