### YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

- Providing technical support, assistance, and installations for incoming requests and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware - using strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

- Promptly creating, resolving, and documenting tickets in the ticketing system

- Onboarding and coaching users across multiple sites, branches, and production facilities

- Support on projects

- Go-to point of contact for Bona’s IT staff within your area of responsibility

- Responsibility for staying up to date on technology and market trends

### WHAT YOU BRING

- Completed vocational training or a degree in IT - or comparable, relevant professional experience in a mid-sized company

- Project management experience

- Proficiency with Microsoft 365

- SAP knowledge is a plus

- Strong communication skills

- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills

- Strong team mindset, excellent organizational skills, reliability, and flexibility

- Structured, detail-oriented work style

- Willingness to travel
