Global Logistics Strategy & Network Lead (m/f/d)

Über die PositionAt Grolman, logistics is managed locally across our international entities. As our Global Logistics Strategy & Network Lead, you will establish Grolman's first group-wide logistics strategy and warehouse/freight network roadmap. You will analyse goods flows, redesign logistics structures and unlock added value for customers, suppliers and the business.

Your mission

• Define and own the long-term strategy and roadmap for Grolman's global warehousing and freight network

• Analyse goods flows, logistics costs and service requirements across our B2B distribution network and redesign warehouse and freight networks accordingly

• Establish logistics governance, KPI frameworks, reporting standards and benchmarking across international entities

• Build and manage long-term strategic partnerships with logistics service providers across Central Europe

• Lead international optimisation and transformation initiatives from concept to implementation, automating processes, reducing costs and improving transparency and service performance

• Develop logistics services that create added value for customers and suppliers and drive sustainable logistics concepts, including CO₂ reporting and emissions-reduction initiatives

Your profile

• Proven track record in designing, building or transforming international warehouse and freight networks, including goods-flow analysis and network optimisation

• Background in B2B distribution; chemicals, industrial distribution or similarly complex supply chains are a strong plus

• Experience building long-term partnerships with logistics service providers across Central Europe

• Experience establishing logistics governance, KPI frameworks and performance management across multiple entities

• Strategic and hands-on: you lead change and influence stakeholders across decentralised international organisations without formal authority

• Excellent written and spoken English; Power BI and logistics network modelling tools; passion for balancing service, cost efficiency, resilience and sustainability

Salary information in line with EU Pay Transparency requirements: Austria: Gross annual base salary of €68,000–€80,000, with readiness to pay above the applicable collective-agreement minimum

Italy: Gross annual base salary of €55,000–€68,000.

Other eligible EU countries: The applicable salary range will be shared before the first interview.
