Version Planer (d/m/w) AIRBUS

As the Version Planer (d/m/w), you will hold a key position within the A320 Program Management department in Finkenwerder. You will support smooth collaboration and coordination among multiple operational teams, including configuration management, production, engineering, procurement, and transport. Your work will directly support the delivery of important company goals, with a strong focus on meeting customer commitments on time.

- Develop, roll out, track, and oversee the Integrated Programme Planning to ensure it remains robust and relevant.

- Foresee and handle planning deviations to keep project timelines on track and improve financial outcomes.

- Work with cross-functional contracts and teams to align commercial needs with operational possibilities.

- Set up and maintain end-to-end Integrated Version Planning for key versions of interest (HoV and VoI).

- Represent Integrated Planning in Fulfill Customer Order (FCO) Core Teams and Multifunctional Teams.

- Support lead-time recovery and reduction initiatives to improve productivity.

- Comply with departmental frameworks for structured, outcome-driven project delivery.

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

We are looking for a candidate who has a demonstrated track record of handling complex integrated planning processes in an international and varied environment. Excellent organizational abilities, strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility are essential to succeed in this role.

- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace, mechanical engineering, technical studies, or industrial engineering is required.

- Between 0-3 years of experience in configuration management, engineering, production planning, or project management preferred.

- Experience within the Airbus planning environment or civil aviation knowledge is advantageous.

- Good proficiency in project management and Google Workspace tools.

- Fluency in English (negotiation level); proficiency in German is highly preferred, and French is an added advantage.

- Flexibility to work Saturdays and the possibility of monthly travel within Europe.

- Strong ability to work independently and with a results-oriented focus.

- Exceptional interpersonal, persuasion, and collaboration skills are essential for cross-functional team environments.
