Theoretical Knowledge Instructor (m/f/d) (multiple positions) (Lehrer/in/Dozent/in - Erwachsenenbildung)

- You will teach various subjects as part of the German Air Force’s basic flight training (Initial Flight Training)
- In doing so, you will lay the foundation for further training within a complex training system and work with young officers and officer candidates who undergo four weeks of theoretical training in classes of approximately 8 students before completing their first flight hours
- The subjects taught include: aircraft engineering and propulsion, navigation, air law, communication, meteorology, human performance limitations, aerodynamics, and aircraft performance

Ihr Profil:

- Several years of experience as a theory or flight instructor in civilian or military pilot training, or
- A college degree in at least one of the fields listed above
- Preferably several years of experience in teaching and instruction
- Experience in adult education
- Teaching skills
- Ability to clearly explain complex topics
- Interpersonal skills
- Skill in guiding and motivating people
- Ability to quickly familiarize oneself with new tasks
- Very good English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
