IT Business Partner/ IT Project Manager (m/f/d) (Projektleiter/in / Projektmanager/in)

In this hybrid position, you will combine two complementary roles: As IT Business Partner, you will be the trusted advisor and primary IT contact for our business units in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. As IT Project Manager, you will lead and deliver international IT projects across the Group.

Your Role

- Act as the single point of contact between IT and business stakeholders in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland for all new demands, projects and digital initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, understand their requirements and translate business needs into scalable, value-adding IT solutions
- Identify opportunities for digitalisation and guide new demands from initial concept through prioritisation and approval to successful implementation
- Coordinate internal teams, external service providers and vendors to deliver IT projects on time, within scope and within budget
- Define project objectives, scope, resources and schedules in close collaboration with all relevant business and IT stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project plans and documentation, monitor progress and performance, and provide transparent status reporting
- Manage project risks, dependencies and changes to scope, schedule and costs, escalating issues where necessary
- Align IT services and investments with business priorities while continuously improving service quality and measurable business value
- Keep stakeholders informed about project delivery, service performance, innovations and emerging technologies
- Contribute ideas on digital trends and responsible AI use that improve processes and the way we work
- Maintain regular on-site contact with our locations in the region and support international projects beyond your assigned Business Partner scope
- Facilitate demand management, prioritisation and alignment of business requirements within the Group IT portfolio.
- Ensure that technology initiatives and IT investments deliver measurable business value and support strategic objectives.

Your Profile

- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Three to five years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally as an IT Business Partner, IT Project Manager or Business Analyst
- Proven experience in successfully managing IT projects and sound knowledge of both project life cycle and systems development life cycle methodologies
- A strong understanding of core business processes, particularly in areas such as Finance, HR, Operations and Sales
- Broad knowledge of current technologies and digitalisation trends, with the ability to identify their potential business value
- Practical experience with common AI tools, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or comparable generative AI assistants, and the ability to use them responsibly in daily work
- Excellent analytical, organisational and stakeholder-management skills, combined with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Strong client-facing and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with stakeholders from the shop floor to C-suite level
- Business-fluent Czech and English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage
- A client-focused, proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region and, where required, internationally
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Smartsheet is an advantage; PRINCE2 certification is a plus
