We are currently hiring a **Head of Logistics Operations (m/f/d)** to start as soon as possible.

This is a two-year fixed-term position.

**Your Responsibilities**

- Managing the warehouse and shipping departments and ensuring that the flow of goods complies with GMP

- Overseeing operational logistics

- Responsible for SOP compliance, stock controls, inventory counts, and Veeva complaints

- Serving as Head of Manufacturing (Section 12 AMWHV) and the responsible person for wholesale (Section 52a AMG)

- Ensuring occupational safety and HSE compliance, as well as serving as the aviation security officer

- Budget planning, cost control, and coordination of capital projects

**What You Need to Succeed**

- Several years of professional and leadership experience in logistics, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry

- In-depth knowledge of GMP as well as the requirements of the AMWHV and AMG

- Strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate others, and a knack for processes

- A degree with a focus on logistics or supply chain management

- An independent, proactive work style and a strong focus on achieving goals

- Willingness to serve as an aviation security officer and representative to the Federal Aviation Authority (LBA)
