A Snapshot of Your Day

As Project Manager (f/m/d), you will ensure business continuity within the Additive Manufacturing R&D Project Management Office and support the development of additively manufactured components and innovative manufacturing projects. Your responsibilities will focus on leading complex technical projects, driving strategic planning and risk management activities, and ensuring effective governance and stakeholder communication. With your strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and extensive experience in R&D project management, you will play a key role in advancing product integration and innovation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

* Leadership and coordination of cross-functional R&D projects across the entire lifecycle, from concept development to product integration
* Project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution management for complex additive manufacturing initiatives
* Definition of project scope, objectives, deliverables, and governance frameworks in alignment with business and technical requirements
* Risk identification, assessment, mitigation planning, and change management to ensure project success and minimize business impact
* Vendor and stakeholder management, technical guidance, and progress reporting to support effective collaboration and decision-making
* Budget control, quality assurance, milestone tracking, and project documentation management to ensure compliance with technical, financial, and organizational standards

What You Bring

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline preferred
* PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred but not required
* Demonstrated technical project management experience with a successful track record in delivering complex R&D and product development projects
* Strong expertise in project planning and execution, including project scoping, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and project documentation
* Advanced knowledge of project governance methodologies, including risk management, change management, quality assurance, and Waterfall frameworks
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, combined with deep expertise in additive manufacturing technologies (metal additive manufacturing, component qualification, industrialization, and deployment within the energy industry); German language skills are an advantage, and fluency in English is required

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
