RFIC Silicon Lab Validation Engineer (f/m/d) (Ingenieur/in - Elektrotechnik)

For our client, a leading global technology company, we are looking for a RFIC Silicon Lab Validation Engineer (f/m/d) in Munich.

Responsibilities:

- Build, configure, calibrate, and maintain RFIC silicon validation test setups.
- Set up and improve remote-control infrastructure and integrate new test systems to expand test coverage.
- Perform RF measurements for cellular standards in non-signalling mode.
- Support measurement campaigns, validate measurement data, and document results.
- Analyse test issues, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions and workarounds.
- Improve test routines and measurement quality, including temperature-chamber profiles and automated system self-tests.
- Develop test automation and data visualization using Python.
- Troubleshoot laboratory test systems and coordinate repairs, calibration, equipment orders, and firmware updates.

Skills:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, RF Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Experience in RF testing, silicon validation, RFIC validation, or hardware validation.
- Hands-on experience with RF measurement equipment and laboratory test setups.
- Good understanding of RF measurements and cellular communication standards.
- Experience with Python and test automation.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with non-signalling measurements, semiconductor technologies, or temperature testing is a plus.
- Good English communication skills; German is an advantage.

For this role the working contract is done through our agency and is fixed on 1 year with option to be extended/take over.
