Company Overview

Our client is a global leader in electronic vaping technology. Its flagship brands focus on innovative vaping products and have built a strong reputation in international markets. To further expand its retail presence in Germany, we are currently looking for a motivated Vape Channel Business Ambassador / Field Sales Representative (m/w/d)

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly visit vape shops and specialist vaping retailers within the assigned territory
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing retail customers
- Introduce new products and provide relevant product information to retail partners
- Identify and develop potential new vape-shop customers
- Support customer development and improve brand visibility at retail level
- Understand customer needs, product performance and local market developments
- Collect competitor information, pricing trends and market feedback
- Independently plan customer visits, driving routes and weekly field-sales activities
- Work closely with internal sales and market-development teams

Requirements:

- High motivation, initiative and a strong hands-on mindset are essential
- Previous experience in field sales, retail sales, account development or business development is preferred
- Experience in the vaping / e-cigarette industry is a strong advantage
- Experience working with vape shops, tobacco retailers or similar specialist retail channels is highly preferred
- German and English at B2 level or above
- Strong communication and customer relationship-management skills
- Willing to travel frequently by car within the assigned region
- Valid driving licence required
- Own vehicle preferred, or willingness to arrange transportation during the initial employment period
