As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service
providers in Germany, we are currently looking for a Lead Technical
Facility Services (m/f/d) on behalf of our renowned client in Dresden,
starting as soon as possible, as part of a direct placement.



As a Lead Technical Facility Services (m/f/d), you will play a key
technical role in supporting international customers. You will be
responsible for installing, commissioning, qualifying and optimizing
advanced technical systems and providing hands-on technical support at
customer sites.

Working closely with engineering teams, you will use your technical
expertise to ensure excellent system performance and contribute to the
continuous improvement and development of products.

The position involves extensive travel throughout Europe, as well as a
willingness to participate in product training programs in the United
States.



Your responsibilities

- Install, commission and qualify abatement systems at customer sites
across Europe
- Deliver certified customer training for Cyclone and Encompass
systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Provide expert technical support directly at customer sites
- Conduct field testing and collect system performance data
- Support process and product optimization initiatives
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams on product development,
testing and continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with all company safety, quality and operational
standards

Your qualifications

- Degree or technical qualification in Electrical Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related technical field
- Extensive professional experience as a Field Service Engineer /
Service Engineer in an international environment
- Ideally, experience within the semiconductor, process or high-tech
manufacturing industry
- Strong troubleshooting and technical diagnostic skills
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical and pneumatic
schematics
- Experience using test equipment, measuring instruments and hand
tools
- Fluent German and English
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe
- Willingness to participate in product training programs in the
United States
