Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

- Develop and maintain state-of-the-art embedded non-volatile memory (NVM) technologies together with semiconductor foundries.- Support both technology development and sustaining projects to ensure continuous innovation and operational excellence.- Drive the development and execution of Infineon’s embedded non-volatile memory technology roadmap.- Lead and contribute to initiatives focused on improving non-volatile memory performance, reliability, manufacturability, and scalability.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams across R&D, manufacturing, and product development.- Identify, analyze, and implement technology enhancements to meet future market and customer requirements.

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience in the development of non-volatile memory technologies and devices.- Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and memory technology concepts.- Experience and knowledge in RRAM (Resistive Random Access Memory) technology is highly desirable.- Ability to work effectively in multinational and cross-functional teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technology development.- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and spoken.
