As Siemens is creating technology to transform the everyday for everyone, the Technology & Financial Audit Practice plays a pivotal role in providing assurance to the Managing Board and the Audit Committee. We cover a wide range of technology and finance-related global audit topics such as assurance over entire digital ecosystems, AI and data governance, SW development, major IT transformations, customer project execution, organizational maturity at small / mid-size entities, sustainability reporting or new digital products and business models.

**We make real what matters. This is your role.**

- Preparation,

planning and execution of the defined audit program with EHS focus - e.g.

management system evaluation, risk management, environmental protection -

to ensure that all risks and controls are identified.

- Apply

auditing expertise and operational insight to identify risks, evaluate

controls, and deliver actionable recommendations for process and

organizational improvements.

- Develop

clear reports and improvement plans, and share findings, lessons learned,

and best practices with key stakeholders across Siemens to support

continuous improvement.

- Demonstrate

cultural sensitivity and stakeholder engagement, adapting communication

and audit approaches to diverse cultural and organizational contexts to

build trust and ensure effective collaboration.

- Foster

organizational learning by contributing to the development of audit

methodology, tools, and knowledge-sharing practices that enhance audit

quality and impact.

- Participate

in the defined audit program steps in coordination with the Engagement

Manager.

- Build

trusted working relationships with the auditee, solidifying CF A as a

trusted advisor and build your network in various Siemens businesses and

functions.

- Support

in and conduct interviews with clients in order to extract crucial

information.

- Support

closing meetings with management and support discussions with drawn

conclusions from the engagement together with the audit team.

**What you need to make real what matters**

- 3-5

years of professional experience within Siemens, or a technology company,

or a respected assurance and consulting firm.

- Versatility

or experience in risk-based auditing and reporting, with the ability to

assess operational controls and identify improvement opportunities.

- Good

knowledge of EHS practices and systems and a minimum of 2 years of

relevant working experience in these domains within an international

organization with a recognized excellence in EHS.

- Strong

past performance in academics with at least a Bachelor degree in

engineering with focus in any of the following fields EHS, Electrical

Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical or Civil Engineering.

- Ideally,

certified Lead Auditor on ISO 45001 and 14001. NEBOSH IGC Certified or

SiFA Certified.

- Flexible,

principled, and perceptive professional, demonstrating sound judgment.

- Analytical

and methodical mindset, skilled in applying structured audit methodologies

and digital tools, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation

in review practices.

- Strong

desire and drive to develop into a business or functional role after 3-5

years in audit.

- Commitment

to continuous learning and education / development potential.

- Excellent

communication skills to summarize and describe technical audit results for

senior stakeholders.

- Proficiency

in English, flexibility to travel (up to 50%, incl. international travel)

and embracing our hybrid working model is essential.
