Senior Retail Media Consultant (all genders) (Betriebswirt/in (Hochschule))

We are looking for YOU – Senior Retail Media Consultant – to join Oscar Bravo. Shape Lufthansa Group’s Retail Media future by transforming premium travel touchpoints into scalable advertising products, driving go-to-market strategies, and building innovative media solutions.

What you’ll do:

- Support Lufthansa Group in building and developing its Retail Media business across consulting and operations
- Transform Ambient Media into a future-oriented Retail Media setup across lounge screens, digital touchpoints, inflight connectivity and other media inventory
- Advise on go-to-market strategies, inventory packaging, pricing and commercial processes
- Define scalable collaboration models across Lufthansa Group, Oscar Bravo and key partners
- Support the launch and scaling of Retail Media products, focusing on DOOH, lounge and digital media
- Develop media kits, sales materials, pricing models and campaign workflows
- Build Retail Media capabilities within Oscar Bravo and act as a trusted sparring partner
- Monitor trends and opportunities across Retail Media, DOOH, airline and travel media markets

Ihr Profil:

What you’ll need:

- Several years of experience in Retail Media, media sales, digital advertising, DOOH, ad tech, publisher monetization, agency consulting, or a comparable commercial media role
- Strong understanding of media products, inventory packaging, pricing models, campaign workflows, and sales
- Experience with Digital Out of Home (DOOH), screen-based media, travel media, retail media networks, or premium advertising environments is highly desirable
- Good knowledge of the DACH media market; international experience, particularly with U.S. or European advertisers, agencies, or media networks, is a plus
- Ability to connect strategic Retail Media development with operational implementation, stakeholder alignment, and reporting needs
- Experience working with or advising large organisations, complex stakeholder setups, or multi-brand environments
- Strong communication skills in English and German , both written and spoken

We would like to have you join our team for the long term. The position is initially a two-year fixed-term contract, but offers a clear prospect of becoming permanent.
