Lead SAP EWM Consultant (f/m/d) (ERP-Berater/in - ERP-Consultant)

In our SAP Engineering team, we continuously develop the technical processes in which we use SAP across the Fielmann Group. Our focus is mainly on Supply Chain as well as Finance & Controlling. Together with the business stakeholders, we make sure that our SAP solutions support efficient, reliable and scalable processes.

In this role, you will take ownership of our SAP EWM domain with a strong focus on warehouse automation. You will not only bring deep technical SAP EWM expertise, but also act as an internal partner for the business: understanding warehouse processes, challenging requirements, driving decisions and steering external partners from an inhouse owner perspective.

What you can expect. Your responsibilities.

- Take ownership of the SAP EWM domain and drive its further development together with logistics, IT and external partners.
- Lead SAP EWM projects with a strong focus on warehouse automation, such as shuttle systems, material flow systems and automated warehouse technologies.
- Act as an internal business consultant for warehouse and logistics stakeholders: understand business needs, challenge requirements and translate them into scalable SAP EWM solutions.
- Drive decisions across business, IT and implementation partners and make sure requirements, priorities and dependencies are clear
- Design and drive the implementation and continuous improvement of SAP EWM solutions for efficient, reliable and scalable warehouse operations.
- Manage end-to-end integration of SAP EWM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP QM, physical inventory software and other logistics modules.
- Steer external partners and service providers from an internal owner perspective, including SLA and KPI definition, monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Ensure successful testing, validation, go-live and operational stability of SAP EWM solutions.

- You have a degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Logistics or a related field.
- You have several years of experience with SAP EWM and have already taken ownership of an SAP EWM, warehouse or logistics domain in an inhouse or comparable long-term ownership role.
- You know how to advise business stakeholders, shape requirements and drive decisions instead of only implementing predefined solutions.
- You have a solid understanding of the integration between SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA and SAP QM.
- You have proven experience in warehouse automation projects; experience with material flow systems and automated warehouse control is a strong plus.
- You bring strong project management skills and experience in end-to-end logistics processes.
- You communicate confidently with business, IT and external partners, manage different stakeholder interests and keep decisions moving.
- You think analytically, solve problems in a structured way, communicate confidently in English and are willing to travel regularly between the Fielmann Group Head Office in Hamburg and our logistics sites; German skills are a plus.
