What you can expect from us.

- You will consult with and give advice to Managers and Employees in all People & Organization matters along the Life Cycle, provide expertise and deliver excellent service
- Manage P&O topics as recruitment, personnel development, labor law, talent management, performance management
- Frequently develop existing HR tools, methods and /or processes as well as new P&O Business approaches corresponding to business needs
- Foster a positive work environment
- Promote diversity, equity and inclusion
- Mesure the impact of P&O initiatives
- Collaboration with local works council
- Collaboration with Global P&O department
- Oversight of P&O Audits
