Procurement Officer (d/m/w) AIRBUS (Wirtschaftsingenieur/in)

As a Procurement Officer (m/f/d) in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will take on a key interface function between Procurement, Suppliers, and Internal Stakeholders. In this role, you ensure the timely availability of standard and hardware materials while maintaining reliable control of material flows.

- You place Purchase Orders based on incoming Purchase Requests and oversee the entire procurement process.
- You actively manage material flows to ensure that delivery schedules, quality requirements, and cost targets are met.
- You coordinate supplier requirements and support supply chain optimization by implementing practical solutions for short-term demands.
- You monitor orders, delivery status, and potential delays, taking appropriate corrective actions whenever deviations occur.
- Within supplier management, you maintain regular communication with suppliers and consistently track key performance indicators.
- You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and provide transparent updates regarding order status and delivery progress.
- You are also responsible for planning and coordinating logistics processes to ensure stable and efficient operational workflows.
- With your process-oriented mindset, you contribute to making processes more efficient, robust, and sustainable.
VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a comparable field.
- 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supplier Management, or Supply Chain-related functions.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes, material availability, and operational coordination activities.
- Good knowledge of SAP/R3 and Google Workspace.
- Understanding of Process Management principles and methodologies.
- Good communication skills.
- Responsible, resilient, and well-organized working approach.
- Working hours: Full-time with 35 hours per week.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
